Level 1 - This weekend focuses on you and your own personal healing.
During the two day course you will be introduced and attuned to the powerful healing of first degree Reiki.
Reiki level one is the initiation into working with Universal Life Force energy.
During the attunements, you will have your chakras activated and the channels opened for this loving energy to flow through you.

Our Reiki trainings are intentionally kept small to ensure a safe, supportive and intimate space for your training and to allow 1-2-1 support and guidance throughout your weekend as well as throughout the following period.
