This is simply a chat to see if we are a good fit for you. We will not try and sell you anything on this call. We will suggest what may help but you can decide what you want to do after the call.
Cancellation Policy
If the event/class/session forms then fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will always try to accommodate a transfer to another date/event if we can but please note this isn’t always possible. ✨1-2-1 sessions, Reiki trainings, MBSR If you cancel within 48 hours there is no cancellation fee, other than the initial booking deposit if applicable for example MBSR and Reiki training. Otherwise there will be a charge of 50% cancellation fee as rent & other expenses will have already been incurred by us for the booking based on the numbers booked in. For Reiki trainings and MBSR we will always try to accommodate a transfer to another date if we can but please note this isn’t always possible.
