Nicola Shannon is fully qualified, experienced & fully Garda vetted and founding member of Wellness Ur Way.

We hold space for 1:1 sessions with the child and guardian were we look at learning mindfulness and meditation techniques to help little anxious minds. We produce a bespoke package that’s personal to your child's needs, to use at home which will include audios.

We also run our Wellness for Kids programme in schools. We have a wide range of experience with junior & senior school age children as well as teens. Our programme can be tailored to your school's specific needs & background. 

 

Options for schools include one off sessions for a 4 week block of once a week sessions.
