The current availability is for 330-530pm ✨WELLNESS HACKS, INCLUDING EFT TAPPING, BREATHWORK, SELF REGULATION & CO-REGULATION TOOLS ✨VISION BOARD CREATION ✨MINI SOUND BATH YOU KNOW YOUR OWN CHILD BEST SO REGARDING AGE GROUP YOU WILL KNOW IF THIS SESSION TIME & CONTENT IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR CHILD €40 per duo of adult and child. Contact us to add another child for €10. Please note : Contraindications & Precautions Sound baths are generally gentle and suitable for most people. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have: Uncontrolled epilepsy or a history of sound-induced seizures An implanted cardiac device such as a pacemaker or ICD Are in the first trimester of pregnancy A severe psychiatric condition that may be affected by deep relaxation This session involves no instruments placed on the body. They may be played intuitively around your body, let us know if you don’t want this when you arrive. We will always try to accommodate a transfer to another date/event if we can but please note this isn’t always possible.
