This session is held in Bayside Community Centre in the fourth Sunday of each month from 1030-1130am. Bring pillows, blankets & eye covering for ultimate relaxation During this immersive experience, you will be comfortably positioned in a serene, supportive environment. The session begins with gentle guidance into a state of relaxation, followed by a soothing sound bath using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes. Her expertise in various sound instruments ensures a rich, multi-layered auditory experience that promotes deep relaxation and healing. She is also a Reiki Master adding Reiki to her sounds. Nicola is a skilled Reiki Master with years of experience in energy healing. Her compassionate approach and intuitive energy work provide a nurturing space for healing and transformation. - Contraindications & Precautions Sound baths are generally gentle and suitable for most people. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have: Uncontrolled epilepsy or a history of sound-induced seizures An implanted cardiac device such as a pacemaker or ICD Are in the first trimester of pregnancy A severe psychiatric condition that may be affected by deep relaxation This session involves no physical contact and no instruments placed on the body.
