Sound bath EFT tapping Cacao Meditation Mindfulness Movement Event Details: ๐ Venue: The Junction, Clongriffin ๐ Date: 19th April โฐ Time: 430-630pm ๐ถCost: โฌ35 What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, blanket & pillow, bottle of water, and an open heart & open mind. - Contraindications & Precautions Sound baths are generally gentle and suitable for most people. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have: Uncontrolled epilepsy or a history of sound-induced seizures An implanted cardiac device such as a pacemaker or ICD Are in the first trimester of pregnancy A severe psychiatric condition that may be affected by deep relaxation This session involves no physical contact with the instruments and no instruments placed on the body. If you have any questions or specific health concerns, feel free to contact us before booking. If event forms then booking is non refundable & non transferable as limited spots are sold at each session.

Cancellation Policy
If the event/class/session forms then fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will always try to accommodate a transfer to another date/event if we can but please note this isnโt always possible. โจ1-2-1 sessions, Reiki trainings, MBSR If you cancel within 48 hours there is no cancellation fee, other than the initial booking deposit if applicable for example MBSR and Reiki training. Otherwise there will be a charge of 50% cancellation fee as rent & other expenses will have already been incurred by us for the booking based on the numbers booked in. For Reiki trainings and MBSR we will always try to accommodate a transfer to another date if we can but please note this isnโt always possible.
