During this immersive experience, you will be comfortably positioned in a serene, supportive environment. The session begins with gentle guidance into a state of relaxation, followed by a soothing sound bath using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes. Her expertise in various sound instruments ensures a rich, multi-layered auditory experience that promotes deep relaxation and healing. She is also a Reiki Master adding Reiki to her sounds. Nicola is a skilled Reiki Master with years of experience in energy healing. Her compassionate approach and intuitive energy work provide a nurturing space for healing and transformation. Contraindications : Please note this sound bath is NOT suitable for people with the following: • People with pacemaker, ICD, defibrillator, stents. • Inflamed areas, areas with open wounds / post surgery within 3 months, • Advanced stages of cancer, cancer tumours. • In the first trimester of pregnancy- can be played gently from a distance in the environment from trimester 2 on. • Metal implants, metal plates, hip replacements etc. • Sound sensitive epilepsy. • Severe or clinical mental health conditions- PTSD, psychotic conditions such schizophrenia - all sound unsuitable.
