I know first hand how beneficial meditation and mindfulness can be in daily life, having been introduced to them through my own life struggles.

I am committed to helping you find what mindfulness and self-care techniques will help you in your everyday life.

My mission is to maintain professional development & keeping up to date with wellness so I can continue to share my learnings with you.

I believe different techniques work for different people and it is important to find "your way" of developing a regular practice that suits your life.

About Me
Nicola Shannon
I am a fully trained and qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, completing my training with The Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches. I am also a Reiki Master, an Angel healing practitioner, an EFT practitioner, a Movement Is Medicine faciliatator, a wellness for kids practitioner as well as a self published author of a best selling anxiety book for children.
My Story
I came to meditation, mindfulness, and self-care through a tough time in my life Having suffered from anxiety I found healing in MBSR and also began to see that the healing and wellness lay within if we could just learn how to access it. I believe in this wellness coming from within but also believe in traditional methods of treating mental health issues with medication, psychological input, and wellness techniques. I believe that all methods complement each other.

I have 19 years experience in the Pharmacy industry so have seen the daily stresses and strains that go on in people’s lives. I have completed an 18-month training with the Institute of Mindfulness-Based Approaches and am certified in these Mindfulness-based approaches. I have also completed Connected Kids training and am certified to teach mindfulness and meditation to children.

Cancellation Policy

If the workshop, retreat, MBSR, reiki training, special event forms then fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 24 hours there is no cancellation fee other than the initial booking desposit but otherwise there will be a charge of 50% as rent & expenses will have already been incurred by us for the booking.
