Settling In: Find your comfortable space in our serene setting. Mats, blankets, and cushions are provided for your comfort.

Sound Bath Begins: Erin will start with soothing sounds from various instruments, creating a rich tapestry of healing vibrations.

Reiki Healing: While the sound bath continues, Nicola will move around the room, offering individual Reiki to each participant, enhancing the healing process.

Integration Time: After the sound bath, there will be a few moments of silence to allow the healing energies to integrate.

Contraindications
Please note this sound bath is NOT suitable for people with:
​
• People with pacemaker, ICD, defibrillator, stents.
​
• Advanced stages of cancer, caner tumours.
• Inflamed areas, areas with open wounds / post surgery in past 3 months, tumours.
• Pregnancy- not suitable for on the body at any stage, can be played gently from a distance in the environment from trimester 2 onwards.
• On areas with or surrounding metal plates, hip replacements etc.
• Sound sensitive epilepsy - all sound unsuitable both on body and in environment.
• Severe or clinical mental health conditions- PTSD, psychotic conditions such as schizophrenia - all sound unsuitable.

Please Note:
Sound baths cannot be transferred to future events, fees will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the host, however if you cannot attend you can send someone in your place once you have made us aware of this change and contraindications have been checked . Refunds will only be issued if sound baths do not run.
