A service to review the OT review and sign off the diagnosis of DCD with a report.

Service Description

A half hour assessment with you and your child discussing the issues . An full neurological examination and a report documenting the conditions which can be used for getting the help the child needs . These are normally referred by An Occupational therapist or psychologist I am a doctor with a special interest in DCD as I have a child with Cerebral Palsy who was initially diagnosed as DCD . This price includes a consultation, a report for you to use and a follow up phone call with the report .

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 24 hours there is no fee but otherwise there will be a charge of 50%
