As a GP, I have witnessed countless individuals seeking wellness through various trendy practices, like crystals, cacao, and fancy pillows. While these alternative methods might have some benefits, I firmly believe that the true essence of well-being lies within us, waiting to be harnessed through something as simple and accessible as our breath.

In our fast-paced and technology-driven world, we often overlook the significance of the most basic and natural aspects of our existence. Our breath, a constant companion, is not only a vital physiological process but also a powerful tool to enhance our overall wellness.
