As we stepped into the promising canvas of a new year, we may have rushed enthusiastically into making New Year's resolutions and imposing restrictions on ourselves and lots of goal setting!


As the first month draws to a close it's time to take a look at what we set for ourselves... we they realistic and thoughtful... or just another stick to beat ourselves up with?!
