If you would like to join our Wellness Ur Way online Candlelight Meditation Classes we would love to see you there! Classes run each Mon & Tues on zoom from 9-10pm so you can relax at home with cameras off, mics muted for an anxiety free practice.
You will be safely guided throughout by our meditation tutors Nicola Shannon & Dr Fiona Macken.
We have space for a check in at the start and end of our call during which you care free to contribute as much or as little as you wish by speaking or using the chat box, if you wish to remain silent that is perfectly ok too!
Each class is individual but compliment each other beautifully within our monthly wellness theme.
Each class is an investment in you of €15. If you would like to make it a regular thing we have our Amethyst Circle which is €40 per month and covers all classes within the month, it allows gives you access to a huge bank of class recordings. Oh and our Circle members also get 10% off in person wellness workshops & surprises throughout the year!
